All of us had worked at Zion in 1968. We had previously had two other reunions for 20 and 25 years and they were a blast. As we started our quest, we realized that we only had phone numbers from the last reunion. Jacque started calling that summer (about 120 phone calls all over the country) as well as whitepages.com. It was so fun to talk to people that loved Zion too, and relive some memories. As we got into it more and more, we realized that the park didn't want to work with us for 2008, because they wanted us to come for the 100th celebration of Zion in 2009. That made sense, so we broadened our search to include any employees that worked at the canyons. We did meet at a restaurant in Oct. 2008, to include others in our plans and to just get together and talk and laugh. It was great. We need some help to find emails or phone numbers of some of our friends. (See the right side for names of lost friends.) I'm sure the list is not complete. I am getting new emails sent to me weekly. Email pictures too, and I will try to put them on the blog (if you want them displayed). Our entertainment committee is Susan Rogers, Connie Allen, & MaryAnn Jackson. We want to take advantage of all the activities and dinners that the Park has arranged, but we want to get together for breakfast and/or lunch and connect with each other.
