Zion Waitress Song and Birthday Song

Hello you dudes, we think you're fine we hope you have a darn good time and if you like our canyon here we hope you come again next year.

We've told every little star just how great we think you are, why haven't we told you? We've told every little brook just how great we think you look, and now we're telling you.

I want to be a friend of yours ummm and a little bit more. I want to be a pal of yours ummm and a little bit more. Well, well well I want to be a bumble bee buzzing 'round your door. Then I'll have al1 that's coming to me ummm and a little bit ummm and a little bit ummm and a little bit more.

I want to serve you with a smlle ummm and a little bit more. I want to stay and talk awhile ummm and little bit more. Well, well, well, I want to take a walk with you, I'll not ask for more. Then I'll have all that's coming to me ummm and a little bit ummm and a little bit ummm and a little bit more.

So long we'll see you again, see you again some day. For after all the world is small and we'll meet along life's way.
Good luck to you, God bless you too, that's all that we may say. So long we'll see you again, see you again some day.

BIRTHDAYS

Christmas time, Easter rhyme, won't you be my Valentine.
Labor day, month of May, scratch my back for me. Jack and Jill went up the hill, daisies never tell. January, February, June and July, Happy Birthday to you.
Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday
dear , Happy Birthday to you.

Our best to you, may your dreams come true. May old father time never be unkind, and through the years save your smiles and tears, they are souvenirs, they'll make music in your heart. Remember this, each new day's a kiss, sent from up above with an angel's love. So here's to you, may your skies be blue and
your life blessed, that's our best to you.

I would love to know how this Birthday song orginated. We have been singing it in our family for years. Story was that my Mother in Law wrote it in a college class at BYU?

My family heritage is from Chicago and we have been singing "Christmas Time..." for the 65 years of my life. All of us still sing the song although some have moved to California, Utah, and Washington state.
